How to order and get a printed copy of Mining Informational and Analytical Bulleting—GIAB
1. An author’s printed copy is a journal issue with the author’s published article. An author usually needs a printed copy to prove the fact of publication of the article.
2. The cost of an author’s copy and its transfer by post to the address indicated by an author is not a part of publishing service charge, and is calculated by the GIAB Journal Editorial Office in compliance with the effective pricing of the Publisher.
3. An author wishing to order an author’s printed copy should notify the Editorial Office after receiving an invoice to cover the author’s article publication charge.
4. An author’s copy is only transferred as checked mail (post package by special delivery) with handing over to an addressee upon signature, by mail service provider Pochta Rossii. To track delivery, an author can inquire the mail ID of a package at GIAB Editorial Office at: ask@giab-online.ru after the issue is published.
5. The Editorial Office is released from the delivery liabilities at the moment of the parcel transfer to the mail service provider for the further shipment to an addressee. The Editorial Office bears no responsibility and receives no claims for the performance quality of the mail service provider.
6. An unclaimed parcel is returned by the mail service provider to the addresser—Editorial Office. The Editorial Office notifies an author about the return. Re-mailing is possible at an extra charge as per the effective table of rates at the Editorial Office. The unclaimed and returned author’s printed copies are kept at the Editorial Office for not longer than 6 months.
7. The Editorial Office can otherwise provide delivery of an author’s printed copy as agreed upon with an author. In this case, the mode and cost of the delivery are specially agreed.
Payment procedure
• Academic and educational institutions and other agencies: Many institutions practice payment of publication of scientific papers in the framework of grant funding. In this case, an author should agree upon feasibility of payment with the related institution and address the Editorial Office to get documents for payment. The package of documents includes the publishing service agreement, acceptance certificate and invoices. Any other documents required by an institution effecting payment may be provided;
• Authors and physical bodies: The Editorial Office issues payment documents with indicated price of publishing services, number of order and bank details for effecting payment. At the option of a customer, payment can be effected via:
⇒bank transfer. To this effect, a customer may address any bank branch, or post office, or use Internet-service of the customer’s bank (personal cabinet, online banking, etc.). The Purpose of Payment field should be filled with the number and date of order.
Pricing
Price of printed copy of GIAB issue—1875 Rub, no VAT.
Price of postage is 30–70% of the journal issue price based on a customer’s geographical location (region or country).
