Reducing oscillations in suspension of mine monorail track

This article describes the created mathematical concept of vertical oscillations in the monorail infrastructure. This concept makes it possible to establish a connection between the characteristics of the moving vehicle and the dynamic loads that affect its suspension. With vertical oscillations of the monorail and the action of the harmonic disturbing force caused by the movement of the suspension, the suspension system of the monorail can be represented as a two-mass system. As a result, the equations for the vibration amplitudes of the monorail elements were obtained and the damping coefficient of the suspension was determined. The obtained results make it possible to establish the optimal parameters of the monorail attachment, which gives the opportunity to reduce the dynamic loads that arise during the operation of mine suspended monorail tracks. The new suspension system for monorail tracks provides an opportunity to reduce dynamic loads arising during rolling stock movement to the level of 30% to 40%. This innovative technology can be successfully implemented to improve existing suspended monorail systems used in mine conditions. Elastic elements of the monorail track can be placed at the points of attachment of the suspension to the beam of the monorail or to the upper supports of the mine gallery. An important aspect of optimization is changing the stiffness of the monorail elements to achieve a match between the natural frequencies of the components of the monorail system and the frequencies of the acting forces. The necessary parameters for this can be determined by the method proposed in the article. The obtained results will allow to establish reasonable parameters of monorail fastening of mine suspended monorail tracks. The proposed monorail suspension allows to minimize the dynamic loads generated during the movement of the rolling stock, and can be used for the modernization of existing mine suspension monorails.
