Algorithm for determining the efficiency of combining metamining technologies

The article contains new information on improving the efficiency of metal mining by combining geotechnologies through an optimal combination of their capabilities. The aim of the study is to formalize the process of combining traditional technologies and new technologies with the leaching of substandard ores and processing waste. The main research methods include calculations in a generalized form, the construction of a justification algorithm and an engineering forecast of the profitability of the combined technology. A technological scheme for combining geo-technologies has been developed. The calculations of income from the combination of geotechnologies, the availability of reserves of the field during the development of the field, the duration of the development of the field by each of the applied geotechnologies are formalized. The methods of calculating the total income from the development of balance reserves and determining the recoverable value of metals in physico-technical and physico-chemical technology are proposed. Models for calculating production capacity using underground leaching technology and income from combining geotechnology are proposed. It is proved that the inclusion of substandard ores and tailings of their enrichment in the processing increases the indicators of the technologies used, especially in the areas of their combination. When deposits are involved in exploitation with a decrease in the content of metals in ore and an increase in losses in the subsoil and in the tailings of enrichment, technologies for leaching metals from currently substandard raw materials become promising, which is justified by the use of the proposed calculation models. The article differs from its peers by proving the possibility of making a profit from the processing of substandard raw materials according to today's ideas.

Keywords: metal mining, combined geotechnologies, metal leaching, substandard raw materials, algorithm, justification, forecast.
