METHODICAL BASES OF RATIONING OF LOSSES AND DILUTION AT WORKING OFF OF DEPOSITS OF BUILDING RAW MATERIALS BY UNDERGROUND WAY
In article the methodical approach to definition of standard sizes of losses and dilution is considered by working out of nonmetallic deposits of building materials by underground way. In the given work conditions of formation of losses and dilution a mineral are shown at working off the nearcontact zones and the sequence of their calculation is resulted. And also the indicator which characterizes a parity of the maximum possible area of a holding strap of adding breeds to the area of cross-section section of the development, the providing admissible maintenance of a regulated component in end production is offered.

EXPERIENCE IN CHAMBER-AND-BACKFILING MINING AT THE TASHTAGOL DEPOSIT
The chamber mining experience in block no. 01 within the protection pillar, the North wing of the Eastern area at the Tashtagol deposit is reported. It is established that the specific explosive consumption in the chamber blast breaking, including the ore breaking and secondary crushing amounted to 0,549 and 0,065 kg/t, respectively. The cumulative stowing material volume consumed equals to33 000 m3.

FORECAST LENGTH OF FORMATION ICE-ROCK FILLING DEPENDING ON GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS, FREEZING TEMPERATURE AND DESIGN PARAMETERS
To determine the temperature field around the filling mass and the cleaning chamber for field conditions Badran developed a two-dimensional mathematical model of heat transfer from the mine air is being built frozen backfill and the surrounding array of rocks. Numerical experiments on the calculation of layer freezing frozen backfill in underground mines. Defined while filling operations and a required strength of filling mass of air at different temperatures. It is established that in the field to create Badran ice-rock pillar with the necessary strength properties for a given period of time is the optimum thickness of 0.4-0.5 m.

NEW SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE SELECTION OF TRACKS SULFHYDRYL COLLECTORS, THEIR MECHANISM OF ACTION AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF SELECTIVE FLOTATION OF SULFIDE MINERALS
The state-of-the-art review of research of collectors is resulted at flotation of various types of ores color and precious metals. Researches on monomineral fractions of a pyrite, sphalerite and a gold plate with studying of collective properties again synthesized reagents, modified on a basis dithiophosphates and tiokarbamates are executed. Researches are spent with use of a differentsialno-scanning calorimetry, Ik - and Uf - spectroscopy, with measurement of regional corners of wetting, nonfoam flotation and other methods. Principles of search and use of a combination of collectors of various classes of connections are formulated. The mechanism of interaction of collectors «SGM», «Beraflot 3035» is investigated. Technological researches of medno-zinc ores Gajsky, Tarnersky and polymetallic ores of Rubtsovsk, Ozerny are executed. It is established that the collector «Beraflot 3035» is selective in relation to a pyrite and possesses high collective properties to сhalcopyrite, to a galena and sphalerite.

REGULAR PATTERNS IN ENERGY BEHAVIOR OF FLOCCULATION OF MINERAL SUSPENSIONS
The analysis of interaction energy for two mineral particles of different wettability and for particle with coil of polymeric flocculant was carried out on the basis of extended DLVO theory for prediction the possibility and results of flocculation. An equation for calculation the number of macromolecules of flocculant, interacting with mineral particle, is proposed.

IMPROVEMENT OF COPPER–MOLYBDENUM FLOTATION IN ROUGH CONCENTRATE SCAVENGING CIRCUIT
Efficiency of an additional operation in the rough bulk concentrate flotation flow-sheet has been demonstrated, i.e. flotation of intermediate products – concentrate from the scavenger copper-molybdenum flotation and tailings from cleaner flotation of froth product of the main copper-molybdenum flotation. The results of the full-scale testing of the proposed flow-sheet in comparison with the conventional flow-sheet currently used at the ore processing plant indicate that it is possible to improve the copper and molybdenum recoveries in the finishing circuit by 1-2% and 15-20%, respectively.

GRAVITY CONCENTRATION OF GOLD-BEARING RESIDUUM
Preparability of oxidized ore sampled in the Vinokurovsky gold-bearing area, Urals, is studied. The article illustrates feasibility of gravity–hydrometallurgical beneficiation of ore at total gold extraction of 77.87%. The resultant gravity concentrate contains gold with mass fraction of 423.61 g/t at 68.2% gold recovery.

The authors have developed technology of sorptive cyanation of residuum in the Vinokurovsky gold-bearing area using activated carbon NORIT-335 that allows 91.33% extraction of gold to solution and 79.33% gold extraction on the sorbent.

BACTERIAL LEACHING OF SULPHIDE COBALT-COPPER-NICKEL ORE FROM ORE DEPOSIT SHANUCH UNDER MESOPHILIC CONDITIONS
The bacterial leaching of sulphide cobalt-copper-nickel ore from the ore deposit Shanuch had been studied. It had been shown that semi-continuous operation mode of bioleaching under mesophilic conditions allows to extract up to 69,1% Ni, 69,2% Cо, 8,2% Cu. The technological scheme of sulphide ore had been developed.

SCHUNGITE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGIES TOWARD HIGH-QUALITY DISPERSED SCHUNGITE CONCENTRATES
To improve the quality of shungite products intended for use as sorbents, as well as fillers in rubber, paint and other industries to use enrichment operations involving removal of fine mineral components.
In view of the research was justified flowsheet shungite including operations aero classification and acid leaching, providing the production of dispersed schungite concentrates of high quality and allows you to change the nomenclature or the performance for certain types of products.
The results of technological tests have shown the effectiveness of the technology and schemes and showed the possibility of obtaining high-quality concentrates schungite that meets the highest standards for the mass fraction of iron, sulfur and carbonates.

APPLICATION OF THE TOPOLOGICAL METHOD FOR CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF FLOTATION CIRCUITS
The topological method is based on the algorithm for the recovery operator (P) formula derivation. P is a function of the particular recoveries (outputs) of the separation processes. The formula derivation is carried out according to the quality-quantitative data of the technological flotation circuits. The examples of formulas application for the circuits calculation and analysis are given in the article.

THE NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND GOLD-ORE RAW MATERIAL ENRICHMENT EGUIPMENT USE
The author describes gold ore flotation using import collecting, depressing, activating and foaming agents. Treatment of ore with gold content of 1.6 g/t resulted in 2.45 % yield of concentrate with gold content of 59 g/t at extraction yield of 92 %. Free gold recovery efficiency using Falcon SB750 and Falcon L40 centrifugal concentrators is determined. At gravity concentration level of 565 units, gold recovery is 55–56 %.

THE RESEARCH ON THE DYNAMIC IMPACT MITIGATION OF AT ROCKBURST-PRONE MINERAL ORE DEPOSITS
The studies of the rock mass state under the block mining conditions were undertaken at the Tashtagol deposit. The bearing pressure zones were detected in the host rock mass in the vicinity of the goaf floor. It is established that the electrometric resistance of a rock mass tends to vary in time in response to the block blasting with the different-mass explosive charges. The dynamic activity was assessed before and after the coyote blasting operations.

ELECTOMETRIC AND ELECTROMAGNETIC METHODS FOR IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS ZONES IN THE TECTONIC DISTUR-BANCE AREAS
The electrometric and electromagnetic emission methods were experimentally verified to identify hazardous zones in tectonic disturbance areas. The higher stress concentration areas and the post-dynamic-event unloading zones were found. It is established that the fault pinching periods are provoked by stoping operations. The spectral characteristics of the electromagnetic emission in the tectonic disturbance areas were obtained.

TECHNOLOGY OF WATER EXTRACTION FROM SOILS OF SPACE BODIES
The review of modern technologies of extraction of water from lunar soil is carried out. It is shown that water extraction from lunar soil technically feasible, but de-mands considerable expenses. Results of researches of the Scientific and educational center "Innovative Mountain Technologies" at the Moscow State Mining University, which testify to possibility of effective production of water from lunar soil on the basis of magnetic-pulse technology. The mass of the developed technological module is 9.45 times less, productivity on processed soil is 1.25 times more, and on an exit of water is 3.75 times more than at analog of NASA RASSOR Excavator.

The article focuses on basic agrochemical properties of soils of natural landscapes in the forest-steppe zone in Kuzbass where intensive mining of black coal is in progress. Based on these properties, ecological state and ecological indexes of the soils are characterized and estimated. THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF GENERATING ELECTRIC FIELD IN THE METHOD OF SPONTANEOUS POLARIZATION
There is a strict theoretical foundation built to describe the method of spontaneous polarization, specifically: the mathematical model - in the form of the Lagrangian density - of the study object, which is a porous, permeable geophysical medium filled with fluid. Constructed Lagrangian density function leads to the system of partial differential equations, that combined with corresponding boundary conditions, describe the process of generating electric field in the method of spontaneous polarization. Numerical simulation is carried out by bringing corresponding boundary value problem for a model system of partial differential equations to a system of Fredholm integral equations that later are solved by method of averaging functional amendments.

PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS OF BORON-DOPED FE-CR-CO-MO SYSTEMS IN FAST-QUENCHED ALLOYS
The paper presents the results of research on the problem of obtaining permanent mag-nets made of alloys of Fe-Cr-Co, obtained by quenching from the liquid state. The regularities of structure formation during rapid quenching from the liquid state during the subsequent crystallization annealing, and magnetic properties of the formation in the tapes rapidly quenched alloys of Fe-Cr-Co were studied. It is shown that the crystallization from an amorphous state at temperatures above 570 ° C together with the α-phase allocated first σ, and then γ-phase. Conducted heat treatment of alloys for high-coercivity condition on modes according to State Standards 24897-81 (GOST). Measurement of magnetic properties after heat treatment allows us to conclude that the application of a magnetic field during crystallization from an amorphous state to a crystalline texture affects the alloys which, in turn, creates the potential for creation of manufacturing techniques of permanent magnets and rapidly quenched ribbons pow-ders by crystallization from an amorphous state.

ANALYTICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA OPTIMIZE THE SIZE OF THE MILL BALLS IN PROCESS OF GRINDING ROCKS
The paper presents a study of the most commonly used dependencies to determine the optimal size of the grinding ball. On the basis of comparative analysis is formulated conclusion that obtained on the basis of their results are significantly different from each other. Having as a basis for determining the adequacy the information considered methods of pilot testing the efficiency of the grinding balls of different sizes, obtained by calculation on the studied formulas, it was con-cluded that the presence of the adequacy of the greatest depending proposed Razumov.
Further, it was noted that none of the methods as a factor influencing the need for the effective size of the ball, is not the hardness of the material being processed, while its mechanical properties directly affected by the required amount of kinetic energy of impact, is inextricably linked with the mass and size of the ball .

DEVELOPMENT OF ADJUSTABLE PARAMETERS FOR MODELS FOR ESTIMATION THE OPTIMAL SIZE OG MILL BALL
The article, based on an processed analysis of known relations to determine the optimal size of the grinding ball, made a number of abstracts. In particular, it is ar-gued that the considered relations are not fully take into account all the factors that exist while the calculation of the effective size of the grinding medium, which does not let call available depending adequate. Further, it is noted that such a criterion, like the hardness of the grinded material, which has a direct impact on the effective size of the mill ball does not enter into any relation, thereby making all the calculations on them unrepresentative.
However, the proposed formation of a special adjustment coefficient reflects the im-pact of the most significant factors that were not previously taken into account.
As a result, it is proposed to introduce into the Razumov formula as a most appropriate, the correction coefficient, which reflects the ratio of the hardness of the mill ball material to the hardness of the material being grinded.
