THE TECHNOLOGY OF ASCENDING MINING A GOLDEN ORE DEPOSIT EMPLOYING DRY FILLING
The task of selection optimum technology providing safety and efficiency of mining is urgent designing the system of mining steep-falling low-thickness veins. The results of integrated researches are cited that include the conditions of ore bodies bedding, designing the patterns of preparation and mining systems, basic production equipment selection, technical-and-economic calculations and underground technology evaluation. The most safety and economically expedient mining systems are grounded that is ascending mining, dry goaf packing and self-propelled equipment employment, horizontal layers and sublevel-chamber mining system. Optimum losses and dilution indices are determined both per ore bodies developed and systems of mining. Worked out technical and technological solutions provide thin veins mining with minimum useful constituent losses and poor dilution.

COAL FOAM FLOTATION TEST METHOD
For the design of flotation compartments concentrators required General method of determining the source data of fluoroapatite coal. Proposed mechanical laboratory machine with different amount of flotation cell for studies of coal samples, which is powered flotation. The machine provides continuous removal of the foam by mechanical means, and is equipped with automatic device for air supply (rotameter), the adjustment of the peripheral speed, control of liquid level. Given the kinetic characteristics of flotation to flotation in a laboratory machine of periodic action in comparison with the theoretical floatability slimes with achievable. Methods of statistical planning of experiments based on the simultaneous change of many factors, and the plans of experiments allow such subsequent statistical processing of data, which allows to separate the influence of each factor and their combination on the change of output parameters of the process. A statistical method of determining platirhinos allows you to produce an optimal mode flotation of coal slurries with high accuracy.

OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESS OF PRESSURE OXIDATION-SORPTION (POXS) OF REFRACTORY GOLD BEARING CONCENTRATES
The results of POX of refractory gold-bearing concentrates using halide-ion as a lixiviant for precious metals and activated carbon as an adsorbent are given. It was found that gold did not recover to the solution when halide was added during POX. Silver partially dissolved in the solution. When halide-based reagents and activated carbon were added during POX, gold dissolved and loaded onto the activated carbon. Experiments were performed with different concentrations of sodium chloride. It has been established that sufficient sodium chloride concentration for gold leaching is 5 g/l. The analysis of the experiments conducted with different loading of activated carbon showed that the amount of coal must be at least 6% on the mass of concentrate.The degree of sulfides oxidation was 67.7–99.8%. The maximum gold recovery was 98.6%. This treatment process of refractory gold-bearing concentrates combines sulfide oxidation, dissolution and adsorption of precious metals. The results of the metals recovery achieved using this process can be compared with the recovery during POX-cyanidation. In this case, sodium cyanide was not used. This allows the reduction of capital and operational costs due to the absence of cyanidation, CIL and detoxification of leaching tailings circuits.

EXPERIMENTAL VALIDATION OF ELECTROCHEMICAL AND PHYSICOCHEMICAL APPROACHES TO STABILIZATION OF FERROSILICON SUSPENSION PARAMETERS
Under conditions of altered kimberlite ore processing, investigation of methods for prevention of oxidation and decomposition of ferrosilicon in the TSS process circuit is undertaken. It is found to be necessary to adjust the employed water-based system parameters up to certain values of high alkalinity (pH), negative-value oxidation–reduction potential (ORP), low mineralization and minimum oxygen content. It is shown that the most efficient methods for altering acid-base and oxidation–reduction properties of the water-based system in the ferrosilicon suspension production circuit and in the TSS process are the electrochemical effects on the test objects and the substitution of highly oxidative air for inactive gas of nitrogen in the circuit of ferrosilicon suspension stirring. The bench tests show that replacement of air in the circuit of manufacture and storage of ferrosilicon suspension by inactive gas of nitrogen ensures prevention of ferrosilicon oxidation and reduction in ferrosilicon loss from 20 to 2% on an average. Preliminary economic design yields that the integrated implementation of the electrochemical treatment of water phase and air substitution for inactive gas of nitrogen in the ferrosilicon suspension manufacture circuit will allow reduction in ferrosilicon loss by 1% per day relative to the overall ferrosilicon under circulation in the TSS process circuit.

MODELING STRESS–STRAIN STATE OF ROCKS AROUND STOPING ZONE IN PHASE 2 PROGRAM
The article gives a review of geological situation in the western wing of Kazakhstanskaya Mine and discusses results of numerical modeling of stresses and strains in rocks around stoping zone in longwall 312-D6-1-1 on upper layer of stratum D-6 in the western wing of the mentioned mine. The modeling used finite element method and Phase 2 program. The authors have developed a multi-stage model for the first 50 m stretch of the longwall advance (10 steps 5 m in size).
The modeling data show the formation of zones of destressing and vertical and horizontal tensile stresses in the stoping roof and floor, as well as the formation of abutment pressure zones at the periphery of the stoping. As a result, dynamics of failure zone formation in the stoping roof and floor is determined. The calculation of caving steps in longwall 312-D6-1-3 is performed. The calculation used the data obtained in exploration hole no. 22579.
The inspection results of the mine surveying service showed that initial roof collapse occurred at a distance of 54–57 m from the pillar of an assembly room. In 2013, at the center of the production face, a gas-dynamic event took place, with high methane release and abrupt swelling of floor near section 75–90. Pans were elevated to a height of 1 m in a sector 20 m long. Violent gas release was observed in the longwall, the production face output lowered from 4500 to 3500 tons per day, which is the evidence of interrelation between gas-dynamic phenomena and steps of main roof caving.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPOUND STRUCTURE OF URANIUM MINERALIZATION OF UNDERGROUND LEACHING
On the efficiency of mining hydrogenic deposits of uranium leaching method largely influenced by seepage heterogeneity of the productive horizon. Such factors determining the filtration properties of rocks, as particle size distribution, total and effective porosity, bedding. Depend on the basic technological parameters of ores, and in the first place, the degree and dynamics of extraction of the useful component and the reagent consumption per 1 ton of ore mass. The purpose of these studies was to determine the minimum filtration coefficient, which results in the extraction of uranium at a level comparable with the level of extraction from ores with average filtration properties of the field.

PROCESSING OF TECHNOGENIC RAW MATERIALS OF MINING
Possibility of processing of technogenic raw materials of mining – stale tails of enrichment of ores of fields Altai and Siberia, old dumps of mines of the Kemerovo region is shown. Researches were conducted according to traditional schemes. Standard molybdenic, kaltsitovy, garnet and vollastonitovy concentrates, and also gravitational and floatation gold-bearing products with the content of metal 800 and 25 of g/t at extraction of 80 and 85% are received respectively.

X-RAY RADIOMETRIC SEPARATION OF SILLIMANITOVY ORES
Results of researches on X-ray radiometric separation of ore of the Bazybaysky field are presented in article (Krasnoyarsk Krai). Regularity of distribution of sillimante in ores of the Bazybaysky field on the grades received after radiometric separation is revealed. Possibility of division of sillimanitovy ore according to grades on the basis of iron is shown.

USE OF A COMPOSITION SULFHYDRYL COLLECTORS IN THE FLOTATION OF POOR PGM-COPPER-NICKEL RAW MATERIALS
There are given the results of investigations of flotation of off-balance copper-nickel ore, containing platinum group metals, with the use of phosphorus-containing sulfhydryl collectors of Cytec and butyl xanthate composition. It was istablished an increase in the extraction of valuable components in flotation with collectors combination. The optimal reagent proportion was determinated. The effect of the test reagents on the electrode potential and hydrophobicity of the surface of pyrrhotite, pentlandite and platinum black was shown. The adsorption of sodium diizobutyditiophosfinate and butyl xanthate on pyrrhotite was investigated.

PROSPECT FOR SHALE GAS PRODUCTION
The article discusses the economic feasibility of gas production from shales in comparison with its production from traditional raw materials. The achievements in this area made by USA are shown. In some examples shown that in our days shale gas can not provide serious competition to traditional sources of gas, but it is also mentioned that with the improvement of mining technology shale gas may become cost-effective. The article highlights issues related to the exploration and production of shale gas in Europe, where some European countries have serious environmental claims.

EXPERIMENTAL VALIDATION OF EDT-100 EMULSION COMPOSITION ELEMENTS AND MECHANISM IN THE CIRCUIT OF WASHING OF DIAMOND CONCENTRATES FROM FAT
Based on the outcomes of a package of experimental and theoretical researches, the author validates the water–emulsion technology of washing of diamond concentrates from fat after adhesion separation and before high-temperature drying, to reduce loss of crystals in further circuits of finishing by X-ray fluorescence separation. Defatting of adhesion separation concentrates under treatment by double-action water–organic emulsion takes place due to solubilization and removal of hardly soluble fat components from diamond crystals before high-temperature drying circuit, which enhances diamond recovery in further X-ray fluorescence separation. The composition of the water–organic emulsion and the efficient operation mode in the circuit of finishing of adhesion separation concentrates prior to thermal treatment are theoretically and experimentally validated. The manufacture procedure, technology and application sequence of the EDT-100 water–organic emulsion in the circuit of defatting of adhesion separation concentrates before thermal treatment are developed. The experimental research undertaken for processing plants of ALROSA has shown that the efficiency of diamond defatting under application of the developed emulsion technology reaches 87.7%, which 8.5 times higher than under standard conditions.

ENHANCEMENT OF DIAMOND SIZE GRADE -5 MM RECOVERY IN FINISHING CIRCUITS OF X-RAY FLUORESCENCE SEPARATION
A package of analytical, experimental and pilot test studies has been performed at processing plants nos. 3 and 8 of Mirny and Aikhal Mining and Processing Integrated Works, respectively. The pilot concentration tests within the circuits of processing plants nos. 3 and 8 of Mirny and Aikhal MPIW confirm the efficiency of diamond-containing concentrate washing using the developed technology: yield of diamond size grade -5 +2 mm grew 3.3 times, yield of diamond size grade -2 +0.5 mm increased 1.62 times.
The comparative estimation of quantity and quality of ultimate concentrates after adhesion and foam separation and of the recovered crystals prove process efficiency of the developed technology. Ultimate increment of diamonds washed using the emulsion technology in the concentrates grows 2.5 times on an average. With the set of modern techniques for analysis of diamond surface, the efficiency of water–emulsion washing of diamond surface from fat and masout has been confirmed: degree of clearing makes 99.5 and 98.8%, respectively. The water–emulsion technology developed for pre-treatment of diamond-containing concentrates before high-temperature drying has been introduced at the works of ALROSA Company and ensured diamond recovery increment by 5.7%. The technology is protected by Patent 2500479 Processing Method for Diamond-Containing Concen-trates of Adhesion Separation.

NEED FOR SLOWDOWN OF LIFTING VESSELS IN AN EMERGENCY BRAKING ON MINE HOIST INSTALLATIONS
The paper analyzes the main shortcomings of the safety brake of mine hoist installations only by applying braking force on the drive drum. In this case, deceleration of vessel is carried out at the expense of the weakening of rope tension, which will inevitably lead to significant overloads of traction organ after stopping the lifting machine. Many researchers have expressed the idea of selective braking mode, depending on the position of the vessel in depending on the position of the vessel and causes an alarm is triggered on the implementation of the emergency braking. However, an effective method of reducing the dynamic loads on the rope in the event of sudden braking of the laden vessel at this stage is not offered. For example, the emergency braking of vessel if it hangs of empty skip and speeding at the approach to the reception platform complicated by the fact that the braking distance is limited. In these cases, the known methods of reducing dynamic loads on the rope not apply. In this paper it is proposed the implementation of a safety braking under slowdown of lifting vessel. In this case the overall slowdown of mine hoisting installation is increase and reduced the weakening of the rope relative to the equilibrium state, and therefore reducing the value of the dynamic loads after stopping the hoist machine. This method will be useful for emergency braking for lifting equipment with multi-rope traction friction. This method will reduce the probability slipping on the ropes lining the drum at the safety stop.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE DESIGNING SYSTEM OF MULTI-PURPOSE STEEL HEADFRAMESFOR THE MINES OF THE NEW TECHNOLOGICAL LEVEL
The article presents new approach to enhancement of industrial safety of operation of the steel head-frames based on rational constructive decisions. The results of research of the physical wear processes of constructional structures of steel mine headframes are presented. Characteristic defects of elements of their structure which are the most subject to impact of the hostile environment are revealed. The major types of aggressive impact are corrosion and abrasive environments, as well as dynamic impact. The constructive solutions of the pulley pad and frameless tower of the multipurpose headframe providing their high tightness are developed. The idea of independently working constructive blocks reducing the risk of emergency braking in case of the emergency loading, even at the damage of the main bearing structure is stated.

THE ANALYSIS OF THE STRESS STATE OF THE BAND AT THE OPERATING PARAMETER CHANGES OF BURDEN CONVEYOR
The analytical dependences for the determination of the rubber-band stress state due to the changes in operating geometric parameters of the burden conveyor into blast furnace are obtained. These results can be used in engineering practice to make decisions on elimination of wear defects of conveyor parts.

REGULARITIES OF MINERALS DIVISION ON THE FRICTIONAL SEPARATOR INCLINED PLANE
Under consideration are mathematical laws of behavior of particles on the inclined surface of friction separator. The laws have been derived in accordance with the general theorems of mechanical system dynamics and allow estimating velocities of particles of different shape. The derived laws can be the basis for the procedure of determination of separator design parameters based on the analysis of friction between pieces of rocks in order to elaborate specific recommendations on improvement of a stratification unit. The calculation results are confirmed by the data of the experimental research.

RESULTS OF DETERMINING THE ROLLING FRICTION COEFFICIENT OF ROCK FRAGMENTS
The article describes the experimental installation, allowing to define the tribological characteristics of rock fragments. Contained serial the principle of work for installation on the investigation performance. A method for processing the results is developed.
The estimation procedure for a reduced friction coefficient of a rolling particle is obtained based on the condition of its tipping around the contact area boundary. According to the offered procedure, the reduced friction coefficient of rolling of coal- and asbestos-bearing rocks on steel and rubber surface has been experimentally determined [4].
The research shows that there is a justified interrelation between the size of a moving particle and its rolling friction coefficient: the latter grows as the former gets larger. This mechanism is valid for various rocks and rolling surfaces. Equations of interrelation between the mentioned characteristics are derived using regression analysis methods.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF NECESSITY TO INTRODUCE THE METAL PIPE’S STRESS-STRAIN STATE DURING THE CORROSION MONITORING
The necessity of taking into account the stress-strain state of the pipeline in monitoring of corrosion processes are been theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved. The model of the speed corrosion-sensitive load’s sensor is present in this paper. Loads in the sensor are equivalent to the loads occurring during operation of the pipeline. The results of corrosion tests, proving the influence of the stress-strain state of metal on the rate of corrosion on pipeline, are given.

The article is devoted to peculiarities of thermal processes in systems of underground degasification pipelines using pipe made of composite materials. In today's environment of mining systems in underground coal mines have found the use of pipes made of fiberglass, thermal and physical characteristics which differ substantially from steel pipes. These differences have an impact on thermal and hydrodynamic regimes of motion of a methane-air mixture through an underground vacuum pipeline. The specificity of the process of heat transfer that occurs during transportation in underground vacuum pipeline methane-air mixture from the wells to the surface shows that its intensity depends on the composition of the gas mixture, flow, temperature, pressure and conductivity of the pipe material. The account features of the thermodynamic processes in underground vacuum pipelines made of composite materials will allow you to properly choose the installation location of the traps for water along the length of the pipeline. This will ensure timely and efficient removal of condensate and the continuity of working of system degasification in underground coal mines.

LOW-COST RAPID METHOD FOR ASSESSING THE RISK OF THE GAS DANGERAT DRILLING AND TUNNELING WORKS IN COAL MINES
Typically, gas-dynamic phenomena and increased methane emission in coal mines occur in disturbed areas, so many regulatory methods for predicting outburst in the world based on the search of tectonic disturbances of coal in coal seams. But many of these methods have hardly used at high speed tunneling, drilling and clearing activities, as necessary for results a lot of time (especially if coal samples must be delivered to the laboratory for the study).
Therefore, to improve safety in mines is necessary to develop and use fast and simple methods and portable devices for reliable prediction of disturbance coal that miners can use without sacrificing productivity of tunneling, drilling and clearing activities.
Such low-cost rapid method for assessing the risk of the gas factor and a very simple and cheap desor-bometrs of new principle of action developed based on research of methane desorption and sorption in coal samples in a unique experimental sorption calorimetric complex at IPKON of Russian Academy of Sciences and in gas-bearing coal seams. They will allow all miners quickly improve safety of driving and drilling on the base of more rapid, simple and reliable forecast of disturbance of coal in the near-face zone even without the high expenses of money and labor.
Their use will allow miners immediately see the broken coal on the surface of the face or in the drilling culm in his lower temperature with a thermal imager or an infrared thermometer (pyrometer), and then quickly and easily identify at working the gas-dynamic characteristics and residual gas content of coal using this desorbometr of new principle of action. This can quickly, easily and cheaply improve the security in methane mines.

In article single theoretical questions of effective management at the mining enterprises are considered.
It is noted that a necessary condition of effective management at the mining enterprises is providing a continuity of production and receiving sufficient for a normal production activity of profit at strict observance of safety measures, and a necessary and sufficient condition is the aspiration to maximizing profit within strict safety measures; effective management assumes definition of market structure in the functioning branch of production and a place in this market structure of the rival enterprises; in planning of activity of the enterprise effective management has to be shown in aspiration of introduction of the new technology providing the corresponding growth of labor productivity of workers on the main technological processes; effective management has to be shown in formation of the personnel of the enterprise for level of the qualification of workers, experts corresponding, demanded for effective activity.

PRECISION NAVIGATION SYSTEM FOR THE CONTROL OF THE OPEN PIT MINING PROCESSES
The purpose of the current investigation is the development of the precision carrier-phase based satellite navigation system, aided by an inertial system based on microelectromechanical sensors (MEMS INS). The new method of the carrier-phase measurements without the use of the reference station is considered in the given paper, and the structure circuit of the navigation complex, applying this method, is considered. Also, the analysis of the current automatic systems: maintained and under development – requiring the high precision navigation data and the opportunities of its implementation in the mining machines with the purpose of automation and robotization of the open pit mining was carried out. The main fields of the implementation of high precision systems for the automation os technological processes in the different areas of the real sector of the economics: industry and agriculture. Basic problems related to the implementation of the precision systems in the open pits and the ways to solve them, including issues of the presented method implementation.

ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE MINING COMPANIES OF THE RUSSIAN ARCTIC
The calculation of the adequacy or lack of financial resources for the implementation of innovative mining activities of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Four companies have absolute financial stability: JSC «Apatit», JSC «Kol'skaja GMK», JSC «OLKON», JSC «Kovdorskij GOK». Six companies, including JSC «GMK Noril'skij nikel'», JSC «NOVATEK», JSC «Severneftegazprom» can be attributed to the group with normal financial stability. The availability of sufficient financial resources allowing them to implement innovative projects, examples of which are given in the article. For businesses with an unstable financial condition are of «Rudnik Karal'veem», JSC «Alrosa», JSC «Shahta ugol'naja», OAO «Gazpromneft'-Nojabr'skneftegaz» «Shahta nagornaja.» To cover production costs using its own funds, long-term and short-term borrowings, and therefore on the implementation of innovative projects in most cases insufficient funds. Determine the relative financial stability indicators of mining enterprises in the Russian Arctic in 2010 and 2013. The group of companies with a stable position includes JSC «Kovdorskij GOK», JSC «Apatit», JSC «OLKON», JSC «GMK Noril'skij nikel'», JSC «NOVATEK».

The basic results of the carried are represented out analysis of the contemporary state of ecological and economic activity at the enterprise AK «ALROSA» (JSC) under influence conditions of world and domestic crisis processes, and also essential worsening in the state of environment.
The basic prerequisites of the formation are examined of the changing economic conditions on the Russian and foreign markets of the diamond-mining companies taking into account the significance AK «ALROSA» (JSC) as one of the world leaders in the analyzed sector of the world economy and only company, which obtains and processes diamonds, and then sells the finished production in the form of diamonds with the very high level of quality control, which guarantees the cleanliness of origin, authenticity and optimum indices of the faceting of stone.
Further are investigated and evaluated the organizational and economic structure AK «ALROSA» (JSC), the process of its formation and prospect for further possible change. Are in detail analyzed the market positions of the Russian diamond-mining company, and also her resource – raw base and production special features.
It is shown in an example of the enterprise being investigated that the protection and the protection of environment are main components of the steady development of region and country, creation of satisfactory conditions for the present and future generations, and purpose according to the estimation of the accomplishment of the strategically important ecological objectives is also represented: reduction in the negative environmental effect, the economical utilization of the depths and other natural resources.

A small-size business survey is presented in the article: share in GDP in Russia and in other countries, types of economic activities of small- and medium-size business. The small-size business dynamics of late years is characterized in terms of quantity, tax burden. The author lists special tax regulations that minimize tax burden of small enterprises as compared with the other size business. It is worth mentioning that calculation of taxes omits social insurance and social maintenance premiums making significant cost loading on a business. The analysis includes changes in social insurance and social maintenance premiums for individual businessmen. Under detail discussion are 2015 tax changes relating special tax regulations and imposition of a new sales tax.

PARTICULARIZATION OF THE KEY TRENDS OF COAL FUEL DEMAND STIMULATION OF FUEL POWER STATION
In article the key directions promoting increase in demand of thermal power plant at coal fuel are concretized. The analysis of dynamics of production and consumption of coal in Russia is carried out, the main consumers of coal in domestic market are revealed. As a result of the carried-out analysis it is established that for the considered period (2000–2013) steady growth of coal mining is observed, in structure of coal mining steam coal to which share about 80% fall prevails. thus growth rates of production of steam coals are 0,2% higher, than growth rates of production of the coked coals – 2,9% and 2,7% respectively.
Growth of volumes of coal mining for the considered period is caused by increase by 4 times of volumes of realization of coal in a foreign market at simultaneous decrease in consumption of coal in domestic market for 14% that puts the coal-mining enterprises into rigid dependence on world market conditions. Negative dynamics of consumption is observed and on steam coal, and on the coked.
In article authors concretize the reasons constraining use of coal fuel in domestic market which decision will promote stimulation of demand of thermal power plant for coal fuel.
The main reason for decline in demand for steam coal in domestic market there is a competition to gas which prices are regulated today by the state, thus the prices of coal fuel are formed by the market.
Questions of research of cost of coal mining and electricity generation of thermal power plant for the purpose of establishment of the major structure-forming factors and identification of reserves for decrease in their sizes will promote decrease in average value of a fuel component in structure of production prime cost of the electric power which is at the level of 60% today (average value of a coal component – at the level of 50%).
Growth of consumption of coal fuel will provide release of the corresponding volumes of natural gas for other directions of realization.

ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE INJURY AND WORKING CONDITIONS AT THE ENTERPRISES OF MINING COAL, BROWN COAL AND PEAT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Evaluation of economic costs and losses in the mining of coal, brown coal and peat associated with providing compensation to employees engaged in work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions and industrial injuries and their possible reduction as a result of changes in the labour legislation of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal law «On special assessment of working conditions» is presented. The largest share of the economic costs and losses before 2014 accounted for the costs due to lost working time associated with unfavorable working conditions and injuries. In this kind of economic activity it was about 11% of added cost of manufactured products and services. These losses can be reduced by a factor two as a result of the reduction in the number of employees who will be provided compensation for work in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, as well as possible decrease in the compensation.

We propose a new method of numerical modeling of microseismic noise in the rocks with block structure. The key idea is to introduce large number of point dip-slip sources, associated with different structural levels of the block medium. The standard staggered grid scheme is used to solve elastic equations. As an example we present a synthetic microseismic noise for the three-dimensional inhomogeneous model of coal bedrock.
