DIRECTIONAL CHANGES IN THE PROPERTIES OF HARDENING FILLING MASS THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF NANOTECHNOLOGY
A method of hardening of filling mass that includes placing in the formed mass of reinforcing elements along with hardening mixtures is proposed, and nano-modified basalt micro-fibreare (MBM) used as reinforcing elements. Relative changes in the strength characteristics from MBM contents are extreme in nature and are well approximated by polynomial functions of the second and fourth orders. Reliability of approximation is 0, 95–0,96. Analysis of the data shows that an increase in the compressive strength of the mass (15–21%) and flexural strength (10–12%) is observed when a 1–3% and 3–6% by weight of the binder of MBM are introduced respectively. Three percent concentration of the fiber from the binder weight (or 0,422% by all weight) is optimal and is recommended for use. Evaluation of tensile strength of the samples according to the method of splitting showed that the introduction of the 3% MBM increases it by 32%, while reducing the relative deformation of shrinkage of about 24%.

ANALYSIS OF SELECTIVE ACTION OF COMBINED SULFHYDRYL COLLECTORS IN THE FLOTATION OF GOLD-BEARING SULFIDES
The results of the study of adsorption and flotation properties of the components of solutions of combined sulfhydryl collectors – modified buthylxanthate (ButXm), modified diethyldithiocarbamate (DEDTCm) and Hostaflot M-91are presented when extracting of gold-bearing sulfides – pyrite, arsenopyrite and chalcopyrite from refractory ores. It is found that the selectivity of the reagents studied in a flotation is provided due to selective adsorption of cyclic propylenetrithiocarbonate (PTTC) as a component of ButXm, thioester of dithiocarbamic acid (OPDTC), which is incorporated into DEDTKm solution and components of combined reagent Hostaflot M-91 on the gold-bearing sulfide minerals. It is experimentally proved that thioester is able to form stable water-insoluble complexes with gold. By UV and IR spectroscopy it is indicated that the integrated reagent Hostaflot M-91 is fixed on the surface of Au-pyrite in the form of dibenzotiazol disulfide and dithiophosphate salts. At the same time there is practically no adsorption on sulfides containing no gold. Analysis of the action of the combined collectors in the flotation of gold-bearing sulfides showed that the presence in their structure of the nonionic component that is able to form stable compounds with gold, provided the necessary surface hydrophobicity and the increase in the recovery of gold from refractory auriferous ore.

ASSESSMENT OF STRESSES AND STRAINS IN ROCKS AROUND AN EXCAVATION WITH ROCK BOLTING SUPPORT
The analysis involves stresses and strains, events due to rock pressure and excavation support conditions depending on engineering and process parameters of mines. Stress and strain state of rock mass surrounding an excavation was modeled with varying length and diameter of rock bolts. The influence of the rock bolt length on the behavior of stresses in rocks is studied. Shear stresses experience no considerable effect of the rock bolt length, and the growth of vertical and axial stresses is lightly conditioned by the elongation of rock bolts. With the change in the diameter of rock bolts, the vertical and axial stresses grow while the shear stresses decrease in accord with almost a linear relationship. The research has shown the level of influence exerted by mine technological factors on the efficiency of rock bolting in underground excavations.

ANALYTICAL METHOD OF CALCULATION OF STABILITY SLOPES AT WEAK BASES UNLIMITED CAPACITY
In the development of mineral deposits by open pit and dumping overburden in the external and internal piles often arises the problem of determining the stability of slopes, located on low basis high power. The existing methods for solving this task, often graphic, have a number of disadvantages which are eliminated in the proposed analytical method of calculation.
The results of observations of the pit slope deformations on the number of fields in Kazakhstan, carried out by the authors, has allowed to create a model of deformation of slopes on a weak base and identify the shape and location of the potential surface of sliding.
It is shown that the potential slip surface in slopes located on a weak base big capacity, can approximiately three arcs of circles of different radii. On the basis of the provisions of the limit equilibrium theory to develop an analytical method of calculating the parameters of the marginal slope. The implementation of the decision of tasks on the computer greatly facilitates the calculations and analysis of the justification of the parameters of stable slopes, giving way noticeable advantages over existing graphics solutions.
To assess the accuracy of the developed method of calculation were performed confirmatory calculations of the parameters of the limiting slope at the sites of landslides sides Turgay bauxite ore proposed analytical method and numerical analytical method of Professor P.S. Shpakov.

THE METHODS OF PREDICTION OF COAL MINE METHANE
One of the trends of modern society is the development of low-waste and non-waste technology. Among the environmental problems in the mining industry, namely the development of coal deposits stand out technology occupational safety and the environment.A wide field of action provides numerous problems coal mining, such as subsidence of the earth’s surface, higher inflow of water and gas in the goaf, which lead both to increased discharge of polluted water and coal mine methane emissions to the atmosphere and to the reduction of elementary mining safety. We should also note that the development of coal deposits on the surface given millions of cubic meters of rock that are stored in the form of dump of different sizes and shapes, not only occupying the land surface, which would be reserved for the agricultural and forestry needs, but also require the use of remediation technologies. Rock mass of dumps contains combustible substances, which leads to self-ignition and therefore released of noxious gases. Just dumbs lead to waterlogging areas. All the above problems are determined by the field development systems. Stowing technology to efficiently manage the stress-strain state, and make the process of coal mining safer. Quantitative evaluation of ecological process allows us to give the coefficient of wastefulness. In order to establish more accurately the positive effect of technology stowing, the authors have produced a number of calculation methods methane emission forecast. STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF THE METHANE-AIR MIXTURE FLOWING FROM THE WELLS TO THE SURFACE COAL MINE BY PIPELINE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Currently the use of effective methods of degassing sources of gas evolution allows to obtain a methane-air mixture at the exit of the degassing wells coal mines with high methane concentrations. But to keep this level of quality captured methane-air mixture during the transportation from the wells to the vacuum pumping station and subsequent disposal is not possible.
When using fiberglass piping systems in the degassing process of the transportation of methane-air mixture from the wells to the surface has a number of features that must be considered when choosing a mode of operation of MDU.
The question of ranking the causes of pressure losses along the length of the underground vacuum degassing pipeline due to changes in its hydraulic resistance is relevant for both steel and fiberglass pipelines. In most cases, the pressure difference between the vacuum-pump station and near the mouth of the remote wells exceeds the allowable design value, and to create at the well necessary dilution, introducing a greater number of vacuum pumps. This entails increasing the amount of electricity consumed and the reduction efficiency of the vacuum pump station. The expected increase in the volume of captured methane does not occur, while increasing the leak of air into the pipe network, resulting in an increase of its resistance. It is obvious that with the decrease of the resistance of the pipeline pressure losses along the length of the fall, and for the formation of the magnitude of the dilution in the estuary of the remote wells required to exhaust the estimated amount of methane, perhaps using a smaller number of vacuum pumps not occur, while increasing the leak of air into the pipe network, resulting in an increase of its resistance. It is obvious that with the decrease of the resistance of the pipeline pressure losses along the length of the fall, and for the formation of the magnitude of the dilution in the estuary of the remote wells required to exhaust the estimated amount of methane, perhaps using a smaller number of vacuum pumps.

ASYMMETRIC PRICE TRANSMISSION IN MAIN SECTORS OF ECONOMY
In the article the five sectors of the economy for four developed countries and Russia were compared in their response to changes in world oil prices. The main tool of analysis was the econometric modeling of changes of producer price indices, depending on the growth and decline in oil prices. As a result of researches it was found that, in general, the greatest degree of asymmetry inheres in manufacturing and manufacture of food products. Producer prices in these sectors progressively grow, increasing in periods of higher oil prices to a greater extent than decreasing in periods of falling oil prices. In mining industry and the energy sector, by contrast, producer prices react almost symmetrically on the growth and the decline in oil prices. The nature of the dependency of the gross domestic product from oil prices sharply distinguishes Russia from the developed countries. Russia is characterized by high dependence of GDP from changes in oil prices and symmetrical movement of the index, while the GDP’s of other developed countries, even the world’s major exporters of energy resources, have weak dependence on the fluctuations of world oil prices.

The increase in natural gas-bearing coal seams and low effectiveness of the pre-drainage today are the most urgent problems to ensure safe production of coal. A large amount of drilling was performed for various types of gas drainage; this increases the cost of production coal and reduces the natural gas content to a desired level in a short period of time. An integrated approach to the allocation plan of exploration boreholes in the drafting stage of exploration will allow to use the data for further gas drainage of coal seams and methane production on an industrial scale. Application for exploration boreholes as additional boreholes for advance degasification of coal seams will allow more effective reduction in natural gas content at the start of coal mining. The comparative analysis of the effect of density on the exploration network (taking into account the requirements of the "Guidelines on the application of classification of reserves and forecast resources deposits of solid mineral resources of coal and oil shale) and the impact on the coal seam, confirms the need for a possible application of these boreholes for gas drainage Advance gas drainage of coal seams is the key to ensure the safe production of coal and methane production on an industrial scale.

RECEIVE THE FUNCTIONAL COATINGS ON COPPER ELECTROLYTIC FOIL, ALLOWING TO IMPROVE ITS PROPERTIES
This work was carried out for the purpose of increase of resistance of a copper electrolytic foil to influence of the increased temperatures (180–240 °C).
One of ways of increase of resistance of metal products to influence of high temperatures is the method of a thermal diffusion alloying. Additive in the form of powder is applied on the processed surface with a layer of the set thickness, then the inductor warm a surface of a detail and powder. In powder at a temperature about of 10000C the physical and chemical processes as a result alloying elements proceed diffundirut on borders of grains of superficially heated layer deep into details.
However such way of an alloying demands use of the bulky equipment and considerable energy consumption.
In the real work possibility of decrease in temperature of diffusion of the alloying component by drawing on a surface of a copper elekrolitichesky foil of a layer of the alloying component up to 100 nanometers thick was investigated. It allowed to reduce diffusion temperature to 150 °C and to receive a covering resistant at a temperature of 180 °C within 48 hours and at a temperature of 240 °C within 3 hours.
