Рассмотрены вопросы обновления парка буровых станков и повышение эффективности шарошечного бурения на карьерах Урала. Приведены результаты исследований по оценке эффективности замены парка отечественных буровых станков на импортные дизельные станки для бурения технологических скважин. Установлены показатели энергетической эффективности бурения горных пород различными моделями станков. Обоснованы условия и перспективы применения импортных дизельных буровых станков на карьерах Урала.

THE EFFICIENCY OF THE OPERATION OF THE NEW MODELS OF DRILLING RIGS AT THE OPEN-PITS OF THE URALS
The issues of the renewal of the fleet of the drilling rigs and the increase of the efficiency of the roller drilling at the open-pits of Urals are reviewed. The results of the studies on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the renewal of the fleet of the drilling rigs produced in Russia on the imported diesel rigs for technological wells are given. The factors of the energy efficiency of the rock drilling performed by different models of rigs are determined. The conditions and the perspectives of the implementation of the imported diesel drilling rigs at the open-pits of Ural are justified.
